Spinach, banana and avocado smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 30 g baby spinach
  • 1/2 pear
  • 1/2 banana
  • 100 g cucumber peeled
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 soft dates
  • 250 ml coconut water
  • 1 dash lemon juice to your liking

Equipment

  • blender or smoothie maker

Method
 

  1. Roughly chop all the ingredients into pieces.
  2. Blend the coconut water in a blender or smoothie maker until smooth.
  3. Divide among glasses and enjoy.

Notes

If you don't drink the smoothie straight away, the lemon helps to prevent it from turning brown.
