Rum chocolate balls

They simply must not be missing from any biscuit plate!

Ingredients
  

  • 130 g butter at room temperature
  • 120 g icing sugar
  • 200 g almonds ground
  • 150 g dark chocolate ground
  • 80 g coconut flakes
  • 10 table spoons rum
  • 1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
For rolling
  • Chocolate sprinkles, coconut flakes and/or brittle

Method
 

  1. Knead all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Roll balls of equal size in your hands.
  3. Roll in chocolate sprinkles, coconut flakes or brittle.
  4. Place the finished balls in chocolate moulds and store in a cool place.
