Method
- Bring water to the boil and pour it over the tea bag in a suitable cup, filling the cup only 2/3 full. Allow to steep for 3 to 5 minutes or to taste.
- Meanwhile, heat the milk to a maximum of 60°C and froth it.
- Remove the tea bag. Add milk foam to the tea, carefully pouring the milk around the edge.
- If desired, sprinkle some dark cocoa powder onto the milk foam.
