Coconut raspberry smoothie bowl

A perfect start to the day: colourful, vegan and a real vitamin boost!

Ingredients
  

  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 150 g rasberries fresh or frozen and thawed
  • 1 cm ginger
  • 3 oranges squeezed
  • 1 avocado
Toppings
  • muesli
  • sliced almonds
  • linseed
  • walnuts
  • coconut flakes

Equipment

  • Blender

Method
 

  1. Blend all ingredients for the smoothie in a blender until smooth. Dilute with more coconut milk, orange juice or water as needed.
  2. Divide the smoothie between breakfast bowls. Carefully top with the toppings.

Notes

There are no limits to the creative freedom you have with a smoothie bowl. You can use whatever you have at home. This also applies to the toppings, of course!
