Ganz einfach: Es muss von innen w\u00e4rmen, &#8222;comfort food&#8220; sein und gut Vitamine und Ballaststoffe liefern.<br>Alle diese Checkboxen kann dieses Ofengem\u00fcse mit Halloumi ganz leicht abhaken. Eine riesige Ladung frisches Wintergem\u00fcse, s\u00e4ttigend und wohltuend, und f\u00fcr den besonderen Gusto-Kick sitzt zwischen den Gem\u00fcsest\u00fccken auch noch leckerer Halloumi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ein vegetarisches Hauptgericht, das jedem schmeckt<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sogar Fleischtiger werden sich bei diesem Ofengem\u00fcse nicht \u00fcber das fehlende tierische Protein beschweren. Denn mit s\u00e4ttigende Gem\u00fcsesorten wie K\u00fcrbis, S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln und Kartoffeln vermisst man am Teller gar nichts mehr. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aber ich wei\u00df nicht wie es euch geht: Das Beste ist einfach der Halloumi. Ich liiiiebe Halloumi. Muss nicht mal gebraten sein. Ich kaufe ja immer schon mehr als ich zum Kochen ben\u00f6tige, denn ohne ein paar Bissen w\u00e4hrend des Herrichtens geht gar nix. <br>Als ich in Malta als Tauchlehrerin gearbeitet habe, hatten wir einen jungen Engl\u00e4nder namens Joe bei uns im Team. Er hat bei uns die Ausbildung zum Divemaster gegen Mitarbeit gemacht und war mein WG-Mitbewohner. Wir zwei waren die Halloumi-Fr\u00e4sen. Wir haben gef\u00fchlt nix anderes als Halloumi gegessen in diesem Sommer. W\u00e4hrend der Bratzeit verliert der Knoblauch seine typische Sch\u00e4rfe und den penetranten Knoblauchgeruch v\u00f6llig, \u00fcbrig bleibt nur wunderbar weicher und harmonischer Ofenknoblauch.<br>Eine Knolle ist eh schon recht knapp bemessen. Ich habe im Ofengem\u00fcse \u00fcblicherweise zwei ganze Knollen, denn die Knoblauchzehen werden immer von allen als erstes rausgepickt (oder als zweites&#8230; nach dem Halloumi).<br>Vampirabwehr ist nicht mehr gegeben, daf\u00fcr ist das Gericht aber auch voll Date-tauglich!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Und wenn es ohne Fleisch doch nicht geht?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Auch kein Problem! Da gibt es zwei tolle M\u00f6glichkeiten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entweder ihr reduziert das Gem\u00fcse um die H\u00e4lfte, legt H\u00fchnerkeulen dazu (ebenfalls einfach mit der \u00d6l-Gew\u00fcrzmischung einreiben) und bratet das Ganze dann 60 statt nur 50 Minuten.<br>Oder ihr verwendet das Ofengem\u00fcse als megaleckere f\u00fcllende Beilage zu gebratenem Fleisch aus der Pfanne. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
