Das Ganze war urspr\u00fcnglich als Geschenk an eine Freundin und ihren Lebensgef\u00e4hrten gedacht, schlie\u00dflich waren wir aber zu Sechst statt nur zu Dritt (wenn ich ein vierg\u00e4ngiges Abendessen koche, dann brauche ich mehr Esser). Und genauso stellt man sich einen Abend im Freundeskreis vor: gutes Essen, ausgezeichneter Wein, Musik und vor allem flie\u00dfende Gespr\u00e4che und viel Lachen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Die richtige Speisenauswahl f\u00fcr mehrg\u00e4ngige Abendessen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Obwohl ich das Gl\u00fcck habe in einer sehr gro\u00dfen offenen Inselk\u00fcche mit Bar kochen zu k\u00f6nnen, wo ich auch bei der Zubereitung nicht alleine bin, sondern sich alle G\u00e4ste rundherum versammeln k\u00f6nnen, bevorzuge ich trotzdem eine Speisenfolge, bei der ich eben nicht noch lange Zeit \u00e0 la minute kochen muss. Schlie\u00dflich ladet man Freude ein, um gemeinsam Spa\u00df zu haben und nicht, um dann noch ewig in der K\u00fcche zu stehen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deshalb plane ich f\u00fcr derartige Abendessen ausschlie\u00dflich Speisen, die ich gut vorbereiten kann und die zum Servieren nur noch einen minimalen Zeitaufwand ben\u00f6tigen. Vor allem im Sommer gehen Bruschette einfach immer, und Jede und Jeder isst sie gerne!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich habe sie direkt vor Ankunft meiner G\u00e4ste zubereitet, sodass sie wirklich ganz frisch waren. Die Gefahr ist immer, dass das Brot Feuchtigkeit zieht und dadurch z\u00e4h wird. Nachdem sie aber wirklich ruck-zuck fertiggestellt sind, wenn man alle Zutaten griffbereit hat, ist das ja easy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei Bruschette gilt &#8211; die Wandelbarkeit ist das Sch\u00f6ne daran! Ihr m\u00f6gt keine Sardellen? Dann einfach weglassen. Ihr habt keine getrockneten Tomaten im Haus? Nehmt stattdessen andere eingelegte Antipasti wie Artischocken oder Zucchini! Es gehen auch italienische Salami statt Prosciutto, Burrata statt Mozzarella und so weiter! Kreativit\u00e4t, Guster und der K\u00fchlschrankinhalt sind die Basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div
