Zum Gl\u00fcck neigen sich damit die vielen Schokoeier, die in einer gro\u00dfen, dekorierten Sch\u00fcssel am Tisch stehen, auch dem Ende zu. Bei jedem Vorbeigehen ist die Verlockung einfach zu gro\u00df um sie zu ignorieren.<br>Was zu Ostern ja ebenfalls oft im \u00dcberfluss vorhanden ist, das ist Brioche oder Milchbrot. Die Foodblogs, die ich auf Instagram und Pinterest abonniert habe, sind \u00fcbergequollen vor Brioche-Rezepten. Und wer selbst keinen gebacken hat, hat bestimmt einen gekauften daheim, stimmts? \ud83d\ude09<br>Keine Frage, nichts geht \u00fcber ein St\u00fcck frisches Brioche mit Butter. \u2764 Aber wenn es dann altbacken wird, ist die Freude daran schnell vorbei. Und dann kommt mein <strong>Brioche-Auflauf<\/strong> ins Spiel!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Briocheauflauf: perfekt zum Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck oder zur Kaffeejause<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Den Briochestriezel, den ich in meinem Brotkorb herumliegen hatte, der war nicht mehr als altbacken zu bezeichnen. Der war trocken und hart. Nach eineinhalb Wochen des tristen Nicht-gegessen-werdens auch kein Wunder. Ein Fall f\u00fcr die Biotonne also?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nein, eben nicht. Aus einem faden, trockenen Briochezopf wird n\u00e4mlich mit wenigen Zutaten und kinderleichter Zubereitung ein saftig-fluffiger Brioche-Auflauf mit frischen Beeren. Zum Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck oder lauwarm zur Kaffeejause am Nachmittag serviert ist er der absolute Hit. Ideal also zum Retten von Lebensmitteln!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Frisch servieren ist ganz einfach<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8230; denn der Nachteil dieses Rezepts ist gleichzeitig sein Vorteil. Der fertig vorbereitete, eigentlich ofenfertige Brioche-Auflauf muss n\u00e4mlich mehrere Stunden durchziehen, damit sich das trockene Brioche richtig sch\u00f6n mit dem Milch-Ei-\u00dcberguss vollsaugen kann. Und das geht supereasy \u00fcber Nacht im K\u00fchlschrank. Damit muss man f\u00fcrs Sonntagsfr\u00fchst\u00fcck nicht fr\u00fcher aufstehen und g\u00e4hnend in der K\u00fcche vorbereiten. Kein Problem, ihr nehmt einfach, was ihr daheim habt oder was euch gustert. Wie w\u00e4re es zum Beispiel mit Bananen (und vielleicht Schokost\u00fcckchen dazu)? Oder Himbeeren, Heidelbeeren oder \u00c4pfel, Birnen oder Mangos? Einfach hinein damit und genauso zubereiten wie im Rezept angegeben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dcbrigens funktioniert es auch bestens mit tiefgek\u00fchlten Beeren. Ich habe ihn schon mit Tiefk\u00fchl-Himbeeren zubereitet.
