Eine der Fragen war: Team S\u00fc\u00df oder Team Herzhaft? Und zu meiner v\u00f6lligen \u00dcberraschung haben sich 78 % zu Team Herzhaft gez\u00e4hlt! Unfassbar! Und ich dachte immer, die Welt sei voller Zuckerfans! Bei der Frage nach &#8222;Willst du Osterrezepte sehen?&#8220; waren sich allerdings alle einig: 100 % haben mit JA! gestimmt.<br>Also gab es f\u00fcr mich eine logische Konsequenz: Ein herzhaftes Osterrezept musste her. Und nachdem ich mir gerade einen total s\u00fc\u00dfen Hasenausstecher gekauft hatte, mussten es Kekse werden: meine megaleckeren Dinkel-Parmesankekse mit italienischen Kr\u00e4utern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Liebe Weintrinker, ihr werdet mir danken.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Auch die Biertrinker nat\u00fcrlich. Denn die Dinkel-Parmesankekse sind der HAMMER zu einem guten Schluck. Es m\u00fcssen nicht immer Grissini sein (wobei meine Grissini nat\u00fcrlich ebenso gut dazupassen&#8230; \ud83d\ude09). Und S\u00fc\u00dfes gibt es eh immer genug. Und diese Dinkel-Parmesankekse&#8230; einfach nur super. Ich wei\u00df, Selbstlob und so. ABER SIE SIND SO SUPER! Serviert dazu noch ein paar gute Kalamata-Oliven und getrocknete Tomaten, und eure G\u00e4ste werden nie wieder nach Hause gehen. Das hei\u00dft, erst dann wenn die Kekse aus sind. Kein Problem.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ganz ehrlich, zu Weihnachten herrscht ja sowieso der Zucker-Overkill. Jeder, ihr selbst inkludiert, wird euch f\u00fcr herzhafte Kekse mehr als dankbar sein. Dann nehmt ihr eben statt dem H\u00e4schenkopf-Ausstecher die Glocke, das Engerl oder den Stern. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es ist auch nicht Weihnachten? Dann pfeift auf das m\u00fchselige Ausstechen und rollt den Teig etwas d\u00fcnner aus. Nehmt einfach ein Teigr\u00e4dchen und schneidet simple Quadrate oder Rauten aus, fertig. Vorsicht: Wenn der Teig d\u00fcnner ist, dann m\u00fcsst ihr nat\u00fcrlich die unten im Rezept angegebene Backzeit verk\u00fcrzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich pers\u00f6nlich empfehle ja Lamas. Meine <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanderhunger.at\/de\/genuss-rezepte\/die-besten-brownies-der-welt\/\">besten Brownies der Welt <\/a>waren als Lamas nicht nur gut, sondern auch cool. Und Lamas gehen einfach immer. Meine ehrliche Meinung, wenn es um sparsame K\u00fcchenausstattung aufgrund von Platzmangel geht? Schenkt alle Ausstecher her, und behaltet nur das Lama. Das geht immer, und alles, was sich ausstechen l\u00e4sst, schmeckt in Lama-Form viel besser. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Genug von Keksen und lieber mal ein anderer Snack? Wie w\u00e4re es, mal selbst <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanderhunger.at\/unkategorisiert\/italienische-grissini\/\">Grissini <\/a>zu rollen? Wenn der Teig d\u00fcnner ist, die Backzeit entsprechend anpassen.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3242-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\" value=\"5\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Die ausgestochenen Kekse auf das Backblech legen. Der Teig l\u00e4uft nicht auseinander, daher k\u00f6nnen sie enger gelegt werden.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3242-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\" value=\"6\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Ca. 12 bis 14 Minuten auf mittlerer Schiene backen. Wenn sie beginnen zu br\u00e4unen sind sie fertig.
