Deshalb war hier eigentlich ein B\u00e4rlauchrezept geplant. Nachdem wir aber am Fr\u00fchlingsbeginn-Wochenende starken Schneefall hatten mit bis zu 15 cm Schnee. Vielleicht k\u00f6nnt ihr nachvollziehen, dass ich so gar keine Lust hatte, im Schnee nach B\u00e4rlauch zu graben.<br>Also wurde es doch ein Spargel-Rezept, daf\u00fcr aber mit gr\u00fcnem Bio-Spargel (wenn er schon noch aus Italien kommt), und zwar mein R\u00f6stbrot mit Ziegenk\u00e4se und Spargel, garniert mit feinen Ofentomaten. Happy Days!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eine super Brotverwertung<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Wirklich, mit altbackenem Brot kann man einfach soviel machen! Wenn man Rezepte f\u00fcr altes Brot in Google oder auf Pinterest sucht, findet man ja meistens eher Wei\u00dfbrot-Ideen. Dabei ist Schwarzbrot so ideal f\u00fcr knusprige Brote mit welchem Belag auch immer! Und nachdem es, mit etwas Knoblauch und Oliven\u00f6l eingepinselt, ein paar Minuten im Backofen ger\u00f6stet wurde, ist es einfach perfekt f\u00fcr einen ganz tollen Snack oder als Grundlage f\u00fcr eine leichte Hauptspeise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nat\u00fcrlich k\u00f6nnt ihr meine R\u00f6stbrote mit Ziegenk\u00e4se und Spargel mit Wei\u00dfbrot ganz genauso gut zubereiten. Ich bin ein gro\u00dfer Fan von Abwandlung aller Art! Ich mag aber den kernigen und intensiveren Geschmack von ger\u00f6stetem Schwarzbrot total gerne. Das ist ein guter Tipp, denn dann schmeckt das Brot nicht so &#8222;Knoblauch in your face&#8220;, sondern bekommt nur ein leichtes, feines Aroma mitgegeben. Knoblauchfans und Vampirgl\u00e4ubige nehmen nat\u00fcrlich mehr Knoblauch, hacken ihn und lassen ihn ein paar Minuten in Oliven\u00f6l ziehen, bevor sie alles zusammen auf die Brotscheiben klatschen. Dann ist mehr nat\u00fcrlich mehr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pure Gem\u00fcse-Freiheit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wie oben schon geschrieben solltet ihr eurer Gem\u00fcsefantasie freien Lauf lassen. Wenn ihr mein Rezept f\u00fcr R\u00f6stbrot mit Ziegenk\u00e4se und Spargel lest, aber keinen Spargel daheim habt, m\u00fcsst ihr jetzt nicht nach der Arbeit hysterisch von Supermarkt zu Supermarkt fahren, um Spargel zu suchen. Genauso gut funktionieren auch Ofentomaten pur. Oder ger\u00f6stete rote und gelbe Paprikastreifen. Angebratener Stangensellerie. Zucchinischeiben. Gebratene Melanzanischeiben. Ger\u00f6steter Fenchel. Was auch immer. Verwendet einfach, was ihr daheim habt und r\u00f6stet es im Ofen oder in der Pfanne gut an. Das gibt Geschmack und eine gute Konsistenz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das W\u00fcrzen am Ende mag ich am liebsten, denn da geht es nicht nur um den Geschmack, sondern auch um den Duft und die Optik. Zitronenschale frisch dar\u00fcber gerieben riecht so wunderbar und sieht sch\u00f6n aus, genauso wie grob gemahlener Pfeffer. Vielleicht habt ihr auch Fleur de Sel daheim, nat\u00fcrlich gerne auch aromatisiert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich habe am Ende die Gew\u00fcrzmischung &#8222;Avocado Topping&#8220; von Just Spices verwendet, die hat sich richtig gut gemacht (die macht sich \u00fcbrigens auf jedem Gem\u00fcse gut).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seid kreativ, bunt und frei &#8211; am Ende geht es beim Kochen genau darum! \u2764<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:31px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ihr sucht noch mehr Verwertungsm\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr altgewordenes Schwarzbrot?
