Hier inmitten von Ober\u00f6sterreich lebe ich von November bis Ende Februar praktisch im Dauernebel. Alles grau in grau. Meine Seele braucht frische Farben, und was k\u00f6nnte da besser sein als ein farbenfroher, vitaminreicher Salat! Im Sommer bin ich ein gro\u00dfer Fan von griechischem Salat, und da dachte ich mir, den k\u00f6nnte man doch mal winterlich stylen. Gro\u00dfteils also mit Gem\u00fcse, das jetzt Saison hat und leicht erh\u00e4ltlich ist. Und so entsteht aus einem typischen Sommergericht mein knackiger griechischer Wintersalat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">S\u00e4ttigend und gesund<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich bin eigentlich gar nicht soooo ein Salattiger. Da muss es schon ziemlich hei\u00df sein, dass mir ein Salat alleine reicht. Mit s\u00e4ttigenden Zutaten allerdings sieht die Sache gleich anders aus. In diesem Fall sind das <strong>Feta, Oliven und karamellisierte Kohlsprossen<\/strong>. Letztere sind \u00fcbrigens das Highlight. Ich glaube, das n\u00e4chstemal mache ich mir einfach nur ein halbes Kilo karamellisierte Kohlsprossen und br\u00f6sle Feta dar\u00fcber. Megalecker! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese drei Zutaten machen den griechischer Wintersalat auf jeden Fall zu einer wirklich s\u00e4ttigenden und befriedigenden Geschichte f\u00fcr die <strong>gesunde Wintermahlzeit<\/strong>. Auch sehr empfehlenswert f\u00fcr die kommende Fastenzeit! Frisches Brot dazu gereicht oder knusprige Knoblauchcroutons obenauf, dann wird sogar ein echtes Sonntagsgericht daraus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ihr k\u00f6nnt diesen Salat auch <strong>toll vorbereiten und mit ins B\u00fcro nehmen<\/strong>. Dazu einfach nur das Dressing in einem separaten D\u00f6schen verpacken, sonst f\u00e4llt der Salat zusammen. Das ist kein K\u00e4sefondue, in das Greyerzer reinmuss, weil es halt so sein muss. Ich verspreche euch, ein Wintersalat nimmt es euch nicht \u00fcbel, wenn ihr statt roten R\u00fcben lieber Kohlrabi verwendet. Die Kohlsprossen w\u00fcrde ich nicht auslassen, die sind einfach g\u00f6ttlicccchhhhh. Aber ansonsten? Wie w\u00e4re es mit Ziegenk\u00e4se oder Emmentalerw\u00fcrfel statt Feta. Oder in St\u00fccke geschnittene getrocknete Tomaten statt Oliven. Frische Himbeeren statt Birne.
