Aber wir reden hier nicht von Augenverdrehen und langweilig jausnen, sondern wir reden vom ultimativen Hipster-Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck. Avocado! Gem\u00fcse! Vollkornbrot! Pochiertes Ei! Yeah.<br>So muss der Start in den Tag aussehen. Zugegeben vielleicht kein Rezept f\u00fcr ein eiliges Essen vor der Arbeit, aber absolut perfekt f\u00fcr einen sch\u00f6nen Morgen am Wochenende: der Avocado-Toast mit pochiertem Ei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hipster-Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck par excellence<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Hipster-Movement ist genau meines! Obwohl meine Garderobe fern von coolem Boho-Style ist und mir Vollbart vermutlich auch nicht steht, liebe ich die Hipster-Zeit. Die hat uns n\u00e4mlich die coolsten Caf\u00e9s ever beschert. Ich hab zwar bis heute nicht verstanden, warum ein Flat White so anders ist als der gute alte Caffe Latte, aber er klingt halt cool (das wird wohl auch der Unterschied sein). Ich liebe es, wenn in Kaffeeh\u00e4usern die Einrichtung so genial ist, dass man gleich einziehen will. Und nat\u00fcrlich &#8211; das Angebot! Avocado-Toast mit pochiertem Ei! <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanderhunger.at\/de\/genuss-rezepte\/kokos-himbeer-smoothiebowl\/\">Smoothiebowls<\/a>! Porridge! Overnight Oats! Pancakes!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mah, ich k\u00f6nnt mich sofort in alles hineinlegen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avocado ist sowieso DAS Hipster-Gem\u00fcse (eigentlich Obst. Avocados z\u00e4hlen zu Obst). Keine Ahnung warum. Also Wasser zum Kochen bringen, ein Schuss Essig hinein, das Wasser von der Herdplatte ziehen, mit einem L\u00f6ffel umr\u00fchren, sodass ein Strudel entsteht, das Ei hineinschlagen und mit dem L\u00f6ffel die Eif\u00e4den immer wieder dar\u00fcberziehen, sodass es kompakt bleibt. Zweimal. Und zweimal habe ich Eierspeise in Wasser aufgel\u00f6st produziert. Und einen milden Wutanfall erlitten.<br>Also habe ich drauf gepfiffen und die Deppen-Methode gew\u00e4hlt. Die funktioniert perfekt, braucht nur leider etwas Frischhaltefolie (Plastikverschwendung&#8230;). Man nimmt eine Kaffeetasse und h\u00e4ngt ein St\u00fcck Frischhaltefolie hinein. Dann wird die Folie mit etwas \u00d6l bestrichen, das Ei hineingeschlagen und ein bisschen gesalzen. Die Folie ganz eng \u00fcber dem Ei zusammendrehen und aufzwirbeln. Dieses Eis\u00e4ckchen wird nun einfach in einen Topf mit simmerndem Wasser geh\u00e4ngt und das Folienende dabei unter dem Topfdeckel eingeklemmt. Maximal 4 Minuten kochen (durch die fehlende Schale geht es schneller), und schon habt ihr ein pochiertes Ei produziert, das den begehrten Wow-Effekt bei G\u00e4sten hervorruft (und bei euch selbst Die Folie bis oben zusammenwuzeln.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">Die Hitze der Herdplatte zur\u00fcckschalten, sodass das Wasser nur noch simmert. Die Eis\u00e4ckchen hineinh\u00e4ngen, die zusammengedrehten Folienenden unter dem Topfdeckel einklemmen.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">4 Minuten lang kochen.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3222-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\" value=\"6\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">In der Zwischenzeit die zwei Brotscheiben mit etwas Butter und der Avocadocremebestreichen, die Karottenstreifen darauflegen.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3222-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\" value=\"7\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Wenn die Eier fertig gegart sind, die S\u00e4ckchen aufschneiden und die pochierten Eier auf das Brot legen.
