H\u00e4nde hoch?<br>Ich gebe offen zu: Ich bin vordergr\u00fcndig keiner. Genetisch bin ich eher der Typ &#8222;Schokokuchen statt Gr\u00fcnzeug&#8220;. Das schl\u00e4gt sich zwar in meiner Ern\u00e4hrung zum Gl\u00fcck nicht wider, aber mein innerer Fresssack w\u00fcrde nicht automatisiert zum Paprika greifen.<br>Beim Thema Salate als Hauptspeise besitze ich daher eine gewisse Grundskepsis und denke an letscherte Salatbl\u00e4tter mit einem trockenen Hendl obendrauf, das als &#8222;Salat mit gegrillten Filetstreifen&#8220; um teures Geld verkauft wird. <br>Umso begeisterter (Achtung: stinkendes Selbstlob voraus) bin ich von meiner Salatkreation, die mein sonnt\u00e4gliches Mittagessen zum echten Highlight gemacht hat: ein gr\u00fcner Salat mit Gorgonzoladressing, H\u00fchnerfilet und Kohlsprossen. In meinem Website-Content-Plan steht n\u00e4mlich f\u00fcr Dienstag, also heute: Salat. Also musste ein Salat her. Der ist mir irgendwie eingefallen. Okay. Aber dass er so zum Reinlegen wird! Sensationell! <br>Bei diesem Salat gilt sogar f\u00fcr mich: Gr\u00fcnzeug statt Schokokuchen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Die Zutaten schreien: Es ist kalt drau\u00dfen, und das ist gut so!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kohlsprossen! Heimische Birnen! Karamellisierte Waln\u00fcsse! <br>Wie der Wiener sagen w\u00fcrde: OIDA!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um das Ganze noch saisonaler zu gestalten, k\u00f6nntet ihr auch den Vogerlsalat durch frischen Chinakohl, fein geschnitten, ersetzen. Ich bin halt ein echter Vogerlsalat-Fan. Ich liebe das nussig-frische. Ein bisschen Rucola und Lollo Rosso (f\u00fcr die, die das Bittere m\u00f6gen), w\u00fcrde sich auch noch gut darin machen. Zweiterer auch farblich und mit einer Extraportion sekund\u00e4rer Pflanzenstoffe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Topping mit frischen Sprossen war \u00fcbrigens wirklich eine Spontan-Entscheidung, weil ich im Supermarkt \u00fcber diese tollen Roter-Senf-Sprossen quasi dr\u00fcbergestolpert bin. Aber vielleicht ziehen ja einige von euch Sprossen selbst? Ich habe das auch eine Zeit lang gemacht, geht n\u00e4mlich super easy. Ich hatte ein simples Sprossenglas und Sprossensamenmischungen zuhause, und innerhalb weniger Tage hat man knackige, vitaminreiche Sprossen f\u00fcr den Salat. Salat mit Gorgonzoladressing wollte ich schon lange mal ausprobieren, war aber skeptisch. Ich mag Gorgonzola ganz gerne, aber er wird mir schnell zu intensiv und zu scharf. In diesem Dressing aber, abgemildert durch Joghurt und leicht s\u00fc\u00dflich dank Ahornsirup, gibt er nur diesen sanften Schimmelk\u00e4segeschmack ab. Das ergibt ein echtes Wohlf\u00fchldressing. Da geht einem sogar an kalten Tagen eine warme Hauptspeise nicht mehr ab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apropos Hauptspeise: Die Mengen in meinem Rezept f\u00fcr zwei Personen sind f\u00fcr zwei volle Hauptspeisen gedacht. Danach seid ihr echt satt. Schwache Esser k\u00f6nnen die Menge wohl sogar auf drei Leute aufteilen. Und wer ihn als Vorspeise servieren will, der verwendet das Rezept f\u00fcr vier Leute.
