Damit wir ern\u00e4hrungstechnisch nicht komplett \u00fcber die Str\u00e4nge schlagen in der im Ofen gebackenen Variante. Wer aber an Fasching und die damit verbundenen Schmalz-Gustost\u00fcckerl denkt, der kann die Polsterzipf genauso in hei\u00dfem Fett herausbacken. Zugegeben &#8211; sie schmecken dann auch besser, aber aufs Kalorienz\u00e4hlen w\u00fcrde ich verzichten! \ud83d\ude05<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Polsterzipf und Hasen\u00f6rl<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Polsterzipf werden \u00fcblicherweise aus Topfenteig gemacht, es gibt aber auch die Varianten aus Bl\u00e4tter- und M\u00fcrbteig. Ich finde Topfenteig, neben dem guten Geschmack kann man sich so gut einreden, er sei ges\u00fcnder! (Ich bin \u00fcbrigens ein gro\u00dfer Fan von Selbstbetrug).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hasen\u00f6rl sind die ungef\u00fcllte, also faule Variante. Macht n\u00e4mlich deutlich weniger Arbeit. In diesem Fall wird der Teig einfach in l\u00e4ngliche Rauten ausgeschnitten und gleich ohne F\u00fcllung gebacken. Dick mit Staubzucker bestreut schmecken sie sowas von yummie! Und wer dazu noch das Marmeladeglas auf den Tisch stellt, kann sich ja die Marmelade noch obenauf streichen. Oder Nutella&#8230;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Welche Marmelade ihr verwendet bleibt \u00fcbrigens ganz eurer Vorliebe \u00fcberlassen. Typisch sind vor allem Marillen-, aber auch Ribiselmarmelade. Auch Powidl-Fans k\u00f6nnen hier ihrer Leidenschaft fr\u00f6nen. \u00dcbrigens auch ideal um Marmeladereste loszuwerden. Habt ihr auch immer gerne mal drei oder vier ge\u00f6ffnete Marmeladegl\u00e4ser im K\u00fchlschrank? Dann einfach bunt gemischt f\u00fcllen. Denn f\u00fcr den Topfenteig verwende ich keinen Zucker, er ist damit v\u00f6llig neutral. F\u00fcllt eure Teigtascherl doch mit einem w\u00fcrzigen, gerieben K\u00e4se und geschnittenem Schinken. Oder mit Feta und Spinat! Dazu eine feine Schnittlauch-Joghurt-Sauce, und schon habt ihr eine feine Hauptmahlzeit! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein Tipp f\u00fcr die Nachmittagsjause oder den kleinen Snack ist auch, den Teig in St\u00fccke zu schneiden und nicht zu f\u00fcllen, sondern mit geriebenem Parmesan oder einem anderen K\u00e4se zu bestreuen. Nach Wunsch noch ein bisschen gemahlener K\u00fcmmel obenauf, und fertig sind herrliche K\u00e4sekekse!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Variable Rezepte sind einfach etwas Tolles!
