Massig Zeit zu kochen! Und zwar coole Rezepte, nicht die 08\/15-Rezepte, die man unter der Woche reinquetscht, damit man am n\u00e4chsten Tag etwas zu essen hat. Sondern Speisen, die wirklich etwas hermachen und ein bisschen das Wochenende zelebrieren.<br>Nachdem wir gro\u00dfe Fischfreunde sind und ich wirklich Lust auf Fisch hatte, musste also ein Fischrezept her. Und einen \u00fcberkrusteten Fisch habe ich ohnehin noch nie ausprobiert. Ran ans Experiment also. <br>Fazit: Experiment mehr als gelungen, dieses Rezept wird definitiv ab sofort \u00f6fter gegessen! Probiert euch ohne Scheu an diesen Rotbarsch mit leckerer Kruste, denn er ist megaeinfach vorzubereiten und schmort dann ganz alleine im Backrohr vor sich hin!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lieblingsrezepte, oder: Rezepte, die wahnsinnig beeindruckend wirken aber eigentlich idiotensicher sind.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich liebe diese Speisen! Jene, wo alle G\u00e4ste die Augen aufrei\u00dfen und nur noch in ihr Glas Wei\u00dfwein hineinblubbern vor Begeisterung. Und f\u00fcr die ich nicht mal eine Stunde in der K\u00fcche verbracht habe. Kein gef\u00e4hrliches Karamellisieren, keine m\u00fchsame Einbrenn, kein ewiges Schneiden, Putzen und Vorbereiten. Ihr solltet nur darauf achten, einen festfleischigen Fisch mit Haut zu nehmen. Ohne Haut zerf\u00e4llt er komplett, wenn ihr ihn aus der Form heben wollt. Ich habe zum ersten Mal einen Rotbarsch genommen, der wirklich ausgezeichnet war. Meine zweite Wahl (eigentlich die erste, aber der Rotbarsch hat sich spontan vorgedr\u00e4ngt) war Kabeljau. Wenn ihr es heimisch haben wollt, nehmt ein Lachsforellenfilet. Total entspannt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ein sch\u00f6ner Salat als Beilage<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun braucht der Rotbarsch mit Parmesan-Pinienkern-Kruste auch eine Beilage. Und weil die Kruste nicht unbedingt Di\u00e4tfutterqualit\u00e4ten aufweist, empfehle ich etwas Leichtes, Frisches mit S\u00e4ure als Gegengewicht zu Parmesan und Butter. Und der Salat, den ich heute gezaubert habe, passt wirklich ganz toll dazu und ist auch f\u00fcr den Sommer ein gro\u00dfartiger Tipp. Und zwar mein <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanderhunger.at\/de\/genuss-rezepte\/orangen-fenchel-salat\/\">Orangen-Fenchel-Salat mit roter Zwiebel und Vogersalat<\/a>. Mhmmmm, sag ich nur! Der l\u00e4sst sich ganz perfekt w\u00e4hrend der Bratdauer des Fisches zubereiten und verl\u00e4ngert daher auch die Kochzeit nicht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\"
