Das ist leider bei mir des \u00f6fteren ein Problem. Denn ich liiiiebe Brot, aber ich esse kaum welches. Abends esse ich nur selten, das w\u00e4re ja die klassische Zeit f\u00fcr Brot. Und f\u00fcr das Mittagessen koche ich, da brauche ich auch keines. Also passiert es leider \u00f6fter, dass ich aus lauter Guster herrliches, frisches Brot kaufe, und dann wird es mir hart, weil ich es nicht weiterbringe. Wenn ich Lebensmittel entsorgen muss, dann ist das &#8211; Asche auf mein Haupt &#8211; meistens Brot, das nicht gegessen wurde.<br>Deshalb finde ich Rezepte f\u00fcr altbackendes Brot immer sehr praktisch. Und die Brotchips sind echt die allerbeste L\u00f6sung, denn Brot geht nicht immer, Chips aber schon!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Selbstgemachte Brotchips statt fettiger Kartoffelchips<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn ihr Snack-Ideen braucht, dann sind Brotchips wirklich der Hit. Sie sind schnell gemacht, verwerten ein altes Lebensmittel, das sonst im M\u00fcll landen w\u00fcrde und schmecken sooooo gut. Bei mir daheim sind sowohl mein Vater als auch Nachbarn in den Testgenuss gekommen, und alle waren begeistert. Vor allem auch \u00fcberrascht, dass es so simpel ist, etwas so K\u00f6stliches zu zaubern in k\u00fcrzester Zeit. Win-win!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Welche Geschmacksrichtung ihr bevorzugt, das ist nat\u00fcrlich vollkommen euch \u00fcberlassen. Ich habe ganz ehrlich bei meinen drei Varianten einfach nur meinen K\u00fchlschrank und den Vorratsschrank durchforstet, was ich gerade da habe. Oliven\u00f6l, Knoblauch, Kr\u00e4uter &#8211; das ist wirklich immer da. Und die Thaicurry-Paste war einfach ein Experiment, das richtig gut geklappt hat. Da m\u00fcsst ihr nur beim Backen vorsichtig sein, die wird n\u00e4mlich schnell sehr dunkel. Dabei ist gar nicht wichtig, wie simpel sie sind, sondern nur, dass sie selbstgemacht und &#8222;mal was anderes&#8220; sind. Also nicht die Grissini aus der Packung, die N\u00fcsse aus der Dose oder die Chips aus dem Sackerl. Sondern etwas Besonderes, das man eben nicht jeden Tag bekommt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Brotchips sind ja v\u00f6llig durchgetrocknet, deshalb bieten sie sich auch f\u00fcr die Bevorratung an. Wenn ihr mal gr\u00f6\u00dfere Mengen altes Brot habt, dann macht doch gleich viel davon. Ihr m\u00fcsst sie nachher einfach nur trocken lagern, zum Beispiel in einer Keksdose. Das macht es dann wirklich easy, wenn sich spontan Besuch ank\u00fcndigt. Oder wenn man auch einfach mal selbst zu einem Glas Wein einen kleinen Snack genie\u00dfen will! In S\u00e4ckchen verpackt sind sie auch ein tolles kleines Gastgeschenk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Probiert doch auch meine Gew\u00fcrz- und Salzmandeln oder meine hausgemachten <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanderhunger.at\/de\/genuss-rezepte\/italienische-grissini\/\">Grissini<\/a>.
